Cancellation and Refund
At PawArtistry, we strive to provide excellent service. This policy outlines your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped without any penalty. To cancel, contact us at support@pawartistry.com or +91-7907937281 immediately after placing your order.
- Return and Refund
You can return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to something other than our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@pawartistry.com or call +91-7907937281 to request a return authorization.
- We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the return authorization form with the shipment.
- Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within ten business days about the refund status.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
We may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
